Passengers and crew who require a PCR or antigen test to travel due to the restrictions imposed by many countries in the face of the pandemic will be able to perform these tests at the same airport in Malaga, Madrid and Seville. In the one on the Costa del Sol it is located in the departure terminal and from this week this center will be operational, managed by the Arquimea technology company together with the Recoletas hospital group.

These new dependencies cover the complete Covid diagnostic test service and have an 'online' reservation system for prior appointments that is made through their website www.travelcovidtestcenter.com, facilitating trip planning and avoiding queues and unnecessary waiting. The service will be operational in Malaga from eight in the morning until six in the afternoon, a schedule that they assure will expand as activity in this infrastructure increases.

From this group they specify that in the case of antigen tests, the results of the tests will be in 20 minutes, while for PCR the term will be less than 12 hours. «The certificate with the test result will be sent directly to the traveler's contact email, and can also be consulted and downloaded 'online' on the reference website. The response time together with the price, 58.60 euros for a PCR test and 28.60 for an antigen test, make this service a high-value proposition to solve the current travel and cost problems that, due to the pandemic, are taking international travelers and airlines', they claim.

It should be remembered that the provision of this service was awarded by AENA to the UTE formed by the Arquimea technology company, which from its Healthcare area provides services and solutions for the prevention and care of people that include preventive diagnosis services for detection tests. of the Covid 19 and that will be responsible for the management of the centers and the performance of the tests; and by the Recoletas hospital group, specialized in the management of high-tech healthcare resources, which will provide support in complying with the protocols for the provision of the service and the relevant licenses and authorizations.

In the case of the centers that also open this week at Madrid airport, the opening hours are from 2.00 to 20.30, and in Seville from eight in the morning to two in the afternoon.
