The deadline for submitting applications for the 11 homes for young people ends on the 30th of this month.

The delegate councilor for Housing, Nieves Atencia, has reported that on the 30th of this month of November the deadline for submitting applications for the 11 protected housing units, on a rental basis, with parking and storage rooms that the City Council is building in Zurbarán Street and whose works are about to be completed.

Applications can be picked up at the Municipal Citizen Services Office, in the Urban Planning department or can be downloaded from the municipal website. Applications that meet the requirements will be registered in the municipal Housing Registry and will participate in the draw that will take place, expectedly, in the month of January 2024.

Nieves Atencia has indicated that the rental of the homes will have a very affordable price, around 300 euros per month for those with 2 bedrooms, and around 350 euros for those with 3 bedrooms.

The councilor recalled that the Nerja City Council is working on a project for another 8 homes on El Greco street and that a plot in SUP 4 is in the bidding phase for the construction of another 25 homes for young people for sale.
