The City Council sells two municipal plots worth 1.7 million euros to finance investments

The Local Government Board has today adopted the agreement to allocate two municipal plots for the construction of free-rent housing, according to the motion presented by the mayor, José Alberto Armijo; the Councilor for Urban Planning, José Alberto Tomé, and the delegate Councilor for Economy and Finance, Angela Díaz. The sale of these plots will mean income of 1,714,050 euros plus VAT for the municipal coffers, which will be allocated to the Municipal Land Assets to finance investments.

One of the plots is located in the UE-28 execution unit of the General Urban Planning Plan of Nerja, on Jerez Street, in the area around the green ring and Mercadona, and has been awarded to the company Inversiones Costasur de la Axarquía. SL in the amount of 251,550 euros, plus VAT.

The other plot is located in Sector Sup-4 of the General Urban Planning Plan of Nerja, Fuente del Badén area, and has been awarded to the company Tu Hogar en la Axarquia SL in the amount of 1,462,550 euros, plus VAT. .
