The City Council requests citizen participation in the preparation of the Nerja 2030 Urban Agenda

The Nerja City Council continues with the work necessary to prepare the Urban Agenda of Nerja 2030, Aunerja 2030, as reported by the Councilor for European Resources María del Carmen López. These works began in May 2023, with the analysis and diagnosis of the municipality, and now continue with the following phases for which citizen participation is necessary.

Aunerja 2030 will be the roadmap that will mark the strategy and actions to be developed in the municipality, with a time horizon of 2030, the councilor indicated. For this reason, it has requested citizen collaboration and participation in this process.

The residents of Nerja and Maro will be able to fill out a questionnaire where a series of questions will be planned about different areas of the municipality, their perception, opinion and prioritization.

Subsequently, residents will be invited to a new participatory activity that has been organized to assess and prioritize the main weaknesses and challenges identified in Nerja, as well as some proposals for actions that will form part of the Action Plan of the Urban Agenda of Nerja.

This second citizen participation tool will take place on December 14, in the Plenary Hall of the City Council, at 10:00 a.m. and all people who wish to attend are invited.
