The City Council allocates public land for the construction of 54 homes

The Nerja City Council is going to allocate several municipal plots for the construction of 54 homes, of which 25 will be protected and 29 free-rent homes.

The plot for the construction of the 25 protected homes is located in the Fuente del Badén urbanization, SUP 4 and 15 homes will be reserved for young people under 35 years of age.

Regarding the plots for the construction of free-rent homes, one is located on Jerez street, Nerja Golf area, for the construction of 2 homes. Another plot is in the SUP-8 sector, El Romeral, for the construction of 10 homes. The third plot, for the construction of 17 homes, is in the SUP-4 sector, Fuente del Badén.

The disposal of the aforementioned plots has been agreed upon by the Local Government Board, based on two motions presented by the mayor, José Alberto Armijo; the delegate councilor for Urban Planning, José Alberto Tomé; and the delegate councilor for economy and finance, Angela Díaz.
