Santa Claus walks the streets of Nerja in a preview of Christmas Eve

Nerja received a visit from Santa Claus today with a parade that toured the streets of the center of Nerja. He has been accompanied by the Nerja Music Band, elves, and numerous Disney characters. The tour ended in the Christmas Park in Plaza de España where the boys and girls were able to greet him and give him their letters.

Before starting his tour, he was received at the City Hall by the mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo, the councilor for Popular Traditions, Elena Gálvez, and the delegate of the Treasury, Angela Díaz.

José Alberto Armijo thanked Santa Claus for visiting Nerja and gave him a commemorative souvenir plaque.

For his part, Santa Claus pointed out that next Christmas Eve he will visit the homes of the boys and girls of Nerja and Maro and that he will come loaded with gifts.
