Rincón de la Victoria launches a powerful promotional campaign focused on its heritage legacy ahead of Holy Week

Villa Antiopa, Cueva del Tesoro and La Victoria are the three axes on which this promotional campaign revolves. Rincón de la Victoria launches a complete and ambitious promotion campaign for the destination focused on the historical and heritage triangle that makes up Villa Antiopa, the Cueva del Tesoro and the Cueva de La Victoria , coinciding with the start of the Easter holidays . The municipality, in addition to offering sun and sand, intends to reinforce the cultural heritage segment during these days, taking advantage of the presence of numerous tourists who travel to the province to enjoy the Holy Week processions, mainly in the capital of Malaga. According to the mayor of Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP) , "we are a very attractive destination on a cultural and patrimonial level, and this is demonstrated by these three jewels that our ancestors have left us. Now we must take advantage of the proximity of the capital and the good communications between the two cities to address the people of Malaga and tourists who visit the capital at Easter, and thus attract them to Rincón de la Victoria so that they can discover the heritage that our municipality treasures and that It is perfectly compatible with the processional parades in the evening?. For this reason, the Department of Tourism of the City Council has launched a promotional campaign in different spaces and which includes the largest advertising screen in all of Andalusia , located on the façade of El Corte Inglés in Malaga, on Avenida de Andalucía, "where we bet in a clear way by the three axes on which the cultural and patrimonial offer of Rincón de la Victoria is based ?, has indicated the councilor. ?It is a strategic space and specifically chosen to be able to capture the attention of the maximum possible number of potential tourists. It is also an outstanding enclave because it coincides with the days in which Malaga city receives the largest number of tourists throughout the year and thousands of them travel through this place?, highlighted Salado. The screen , the largest in all of Andalusia, has a structure of 140 square meters and is equipped with LED technology. Between April 2 and 9, it will show a 10-second advertising spot for Rincón de la Victoria, which will be projected a total of 102 times each day. In addition, passengers on the buses of the Malagueña Transport Company (EMT) will be able to get to know Villa Antiopa, the Cueva del Tesoro and La Victoria through another promotional spot, lasting 15 seconds, which will be projected on the screens inside of vehicles throughout Holy Week. The Councilor for Tourism of Rincón de la Victoria, Antonio José Martín (PP) , has also referred to the need to attract visitors who are in Malaga during Holy Week, "given the geographical proximity, and offer them leisure and culture during the mornings in Rincón de la Victoria and that, in the afternoon, they can also be in the processional parades. Everything is possible due to the short distance and good communications between Malaga and Rincón de la Victoria?. The mayor has also opted to direct this promotional campaign within the destination itself, including advertising on the Rincón de la Victoria billboards, which will display a design with images of Villa Antiopa, the Treasure Cave and La Victoria to publicize the three spaces between the travelers who travel through the streets of the municipality during these dates. The ambitious campaign will also be carried out in various media at the provincial level to emphasize "that we are much more than sun and sand", according to Martín.
