The Councilor for Training and Employment, Angela Díaz, reports that the last training course to obtain the Phytosanitary Product Applicator card, subsidized by the Malaga Provincial Council and managed by the City Council.
The training is to obtain the Qualified Level, with a total of 60 hours. Learning the application of chemicals and plant and garden treatments is combined with nursing knowledge and practices carried out in a real environment.
This course is taught by the College of Agricultural Experts of Malaga and will take place from November 13 to November 28, both inclusive, at the Villa de Nerja Cultural Center and in the morning hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: 00 hours.
The Qualified Level is necessary for workers responsible for terrestrial treatments, and for farmers who carry out treatments on the farm itself using auxiliary personnel, for personnel who are directly involved in the sale of phytosanitary products for professional use, training to provide appropriate information about its use, its health and environmental risks and instructions to mitigate such risks.
