The Councilor for Culture, Ana María Muñoz, has presented the 2024 program at the Villa de Nerja Cultural Center, which begins on Tuesday, January 16, with the International Classical Ballet, which stages Swan Lake. The dance continues, on Thursday the 25th, with tangos from Fabián Carbone's group; the premiere of the Fernando Hurtado company, on Friday, February 2, and the Dream Dancers show, to benefit the Cris contra el Cancer association, on February 17.

The theater of La Caja de Grillos also stands out, and flamenco, with the latest production by Tomás García, Jaime El Estampío, and the tribute to Paco de Lucía from the Dúo Ziryab.

The musical offering ranges from the classical music of Paula Coronas and Pablo Alcázar to the Contemporary Music Days, with the visit of the Malaga Provincial Symphony Orchestra, passing through the jazz of Dana Andrews, Insostenible Big Band and Antti Sarpila, the chanson of Jolís , and the country of Harley Daniels. Highlights include the musical The Little Mermaid and the zarzuela The Song of Oblivion.

More than twenty shows that are completed with the Carnival and Holy Week proclamations, the conference cycles of the Arts Society Nerja and Nerja History Group associations and the films in original versions of Alianza Francesa, the Asociación Hispano Nórdica and the cineclub on Wednesdays and Sundays.
