Municipal home help service awarded

The Local Government Board has approved the award of the home help service contract, according to the motion presented by the mayor, José Alberto Armijo, and the councilor for Social Affairs, Daniel Rivas, to the company Atende Servicios Integrados SLU, which is the one that has obtained the maximum score.

The technical project for the organization of the service and the aspects related to the management of complaints and claims, innovation and technologies applied to the home help service, among others, have been taken into account.

For the award of the Home Help service, eight companies have submitted offers and the base budget was a tender of 3,338,060.40 euros, for the three-year duration of the contract. In addition, an extension of two additional years is contemplated, so the total estimated value of the contracting of the Municipal Home Help Service amounts to 6,418,548 euros.
