Approved the basic project of the Home Residence, Day Center and Occupational Center of the Taller de la Amistad

The Local Government Board has adopted the agreement to definitively approve the basic project for the construction of a Home Residence, a Day Center and an Occupational Center of the Friendship Workshop for people with intellectual disabilities, according to the motion presented by the mayor, José Alberto Armijo, and the councilors of Economy and Finance, Urban Planning, and Social Services. Likewise, the agreement was adopted to approve the specifications that regulate the concession of use of a plot of 4,980 square meters of public facilities in the La Noria sector for said project, which has an estimated budget of 7,726,462.51 euros. .

The announcement of the basic project and the specifications that regulate the concession of use of the plot was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga without complaints being submitted within the period established for it.

The Home Residence will have capacity for 48 people, the Day Center for 24, and the Occupational Center for 30 people.
