A rain of stuffed animals will open the parade of the Three Wise Men in Nerja

Everything is prepared in Nerja to receive the Three Wise Men on Friday starting at five in the afternoon. Their Majesties of the East and their entourages will arrive at that time at the Balcón de Europa promenade and will greet from the terrace of their headquarters in Nerja, the headquarters of the Association of the Three Wise Men, in the arches of the promenade, after which a rain will occur. of stuffed animals and balls for the boys and girls who attend the event. Next they will visit the church of El Salvador and then they will walk along Carmen and Diputación streets to Jaén street, where they will wait for the floats, and they will begin their tour through the streets of Nerja, accompanied by La Carpa, the Pastoral of the Neighborhood Association of The Protected, the Pastoral of the Narixa Choir and the Municipal Music Band. During the tour, the pages will throw candy and the last float, that of the Friendship Workshop, will once again throw stuffed animals.

Once the parade is over, the offering of the Three Wise Men to the Child Jesus will take place in the living nativity scene located at the door of the church of El Salvador and the violinist Klara Gomboc will perform.

Finally, their majesties will go to the City Hall where the mayor, José Alberto Armijo, will be waiting for them, who will hand them the key to the city, after which the Three Wise Men will say goodbye from the balcony of the City Hall and there will be a fireworks display.
